This Privacy Policy applies to the NestPort app. NestPort is a local apartment life record and reminder tool for managing a Home Space, move-in checklist, bill dates, package records, roommate rotations, and contact notes.
NestPort v1 stores information that users choose to enter on their device by default, including home nickname, city label, move-in date, local roommate display names, checklist items, bill dates, package notes, contact records, and exported text.
If a user purchases Port Credits through Apple in-app purchase, Apple StoreKit handles the payment flow. NestPort stores only the local Port Credits balance, processed transaction IDs, and local purchase ledger entries needed to prevent duplicate delivery.
NestPort v1 does not upload Home Space data by default and does not provide public community features, chat, rental transactions, bank account access, logistics lookup, or cloud synchronization. We do not sell users' local records.
Users can choose Clear Home Space in Settings. This removes local Home Space data, purchase balance state, and local history from the device. Cleared data cannot be restored inside the app.
NestPort is intended for users who manage apartment life records and is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us through the support page.
